Some things that I love: makeup, friends, prosecco, cheese platters and exploring Boston. Put them all together and what do you get? The night I recently spent at Follain in Beacon Hill!
My dear friend Kaitlin told me about the Follain Berry Lip Tutorial they were hosting on September 24th. I immediately RSVPed and then convinced my coworkers Justyna and Liz to join too. Nothing like a little peer pressure.
Everyone at the event – both attendees and staff alike – were so friendly and fun. They really made for the perfect evening. Plus, Follain proved to be a dreamy store. I had heard amazing things but never been, and I was anything but disappointed. I’d like to move in, please.
On top of all of that, I had the chance to try out makeup that I haven’t before. I didn’t buy any products we used at the event, but I know at least one of my friends scooped up the foundation we used. You can check out the video description for a full list of the products we used in the tutorial.
The Follain ladies mentioned that they host events every third Thursday of the month, so I can’t wait to see what they have in store for October!

Glad there was no pressure at this event. I’ll have to check this shop out next time iI’m in town to get my hair colored 🙂
