Summer is probably my least favorite season for style. With that said, I do feel bad how little I get to wear some of my summer clothing items. I don’t love my summer clothes near as much as I love my over sized sweater, but they do deserve more than being stuck in my closet for about nine months of the year. But how exactly do I go about styling a summer skirt for winter?

Pairing it with tights and boots, obviously! And since this isn’t a floral or patterned skirt, it’s much easier to transition throughout the seasons. It’s not even specifically a summer skirt, it’s just a skirt that I happened to buy in the summer from LOFT.
I love the blush pink and the bow detail on the tie, but I wish the fabric didn’t get so wrinkly. I’m also not sure it’s not the most flattering shape on me. Oh well, c’est la vie.
