I’m not a big fan of dressing up. Sure, on special occasions I like whipping out a cocktail dress and heels, but I praise the heavens I work for a company where I can basically wear weekend wear to work every day. While this is really my everyday wear, I know it’s weekend wear for most people.
My weekend wear is relatively consistent throughout the year – jeans, sneakers and some sort of top. In the fall I swap tshirts for sweaters and a light jackets (or no jacket) for a heavier overcoat. I’m obsessed with my Cole Haan blush pink peacoat. It’s an older season and now unavailable, but there are many other great options … like this, this or this.
